We are currently looking for a District Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The pay range is between $105,000 - $115,000 annually.

 

 

This District covers Olympia/ WA Coast

Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the Vice President Independent Sales. Manages Territory Sales Consultants in the district, with an emphasis on becoming a consultative partner with each customer through a process that supports mutually profitable growth, while promoting the concept of becoming the primary supplier in each account.

  • Overall execution of budgeted territory plans.
  • Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets for the district including Harbor Brand goals consistently
  • Reviews sales actual versus the plan and case goals
  • Monitor gross profit dollars and percentage to actual versus the plan
  • Receivables within territory compared to plan
  • KPI goals
  • Execution of territory development plan
  • New account development
  • Develop TSC’s through education of products building their knowledge; help them understand the industry and utilize technology
  • Involved in all sales related meetings and activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
  • Ability to confidently close the sale.
  • General inventory / operations / culinary knowledge (dining establishments).
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and computation skills.
  • Computer literate and willing to embrace new technology.
  • Safe driving record, valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation with valid insurance.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
